Following on from our recent Winning Women event ‘Nurturing Your Network’, our Executive Chef of Main Site Kitchens, Fiona Ruane, has started a professional network for female chefs in our business. The purpose of this group is to develop a stronger pipeline of female leaders in our Kitchens.
Yesterday, the Winning Women Chefs Club got together and were lead by Fiona and Aimee Sherer, our Talent Development Consultant. They networked, built connections, shared challenges and set goals for the next 12 months. An amazing group of passionate and talented women with exciting journeys ahead!
