Pastry team at the VIP room
Happy Chinese New Year! Our amazing Pastry team are back at it again, this time, creating some awesome displays to celebrate the Chinese New Year!
To celebrate the ‘Year of the Pig’, they made edible showpieces from ingredients such as chocolate and sugar paste to create pig figurines, blossoms, bamboo, Chinese room dividers and more! They look fantastic - well done team!
