This school holidays, we have our second Gateway Programme underway - ‘Gateway in Kitchens at SkyCity’. Eight aspiring Chefs from schools across Auckland will be spending their holidays with us to learn about the world of kitchens and get some hands on practical experience from our own Chefs.
