Gateway in Kitchens at SkyCity

Today is the last day of our ‘Gateway in Kitchens at SkyCity’ programme where eight aspiring Chefs from schools across Auckland spent their holidays with us to learn about our kitchens and gain some practical experience. Their final task was to come up with a special dish that shows off everything they’ve learnt. Thanks to all our awesome Chefs in our main kitchens for being such great mentors and well done to all the students.
