What makes SkyCity different to other places you’ve worked (good or bad)?
Working in a 24/7 environment creates it’s own challenges, and the fact that shift work makes me look like an 80 year old some days HAHA. My role requires me to think on my feet, and make quick decisions in consideration of what is best for the customer and the business.
